They answer tweets, ask to DM and then you don't hear back from them 🫤 Just Eat & Uber Eats much better with better customer service. Seeing so many bad reviews

@Deliveroo I have reported on help section and told I'll receive a refund in 72hrs but then via email (as per my attachment) I've been told I don't deserve any compensation apparently! Absolute joke. I will DM you but not holding my breath 🙄

@NorthLDNGooner @Deliveroo You're lucky you got anything mate. Funnily enough I ordered bagels too. Took over 2hrs to come and went str8 in the bin. I ended up going to shops myself after almost 2hrs w8. They called it a 'succesful' delivery and saisIm not entitled to ANY compensation!

Ntm still in trial phase and being issued under emergency licence therefore mandating this is ludicrous. Most healthy ppl survive covid without probs.

NTM benefit doesn't outweigh risk n only vulnerable ppl really need the Vax i.e. kids don't need this jab!

The side effects someone listed are not made up and you can see strokes and heart probs listed on gov website under Pfizer and AstraZeneca. Not to mention it's the vaxxed spreading the virus as they're not getting symptoms therefore going out/to work etc 🤔
