I had planned to write this a few days ago, but I felt that waiting until the vote to rename $TON to $Gram was approaching its conclusion would make a bigger impact. What I want to talk about today is the meme token $GRAM, created around two and a half years ago

First of all, let's make this absolutely clear. This is simply a meme coin that was created very early on, perhaps the earliest one with the most authentic and obvious name: "$GRAM". It does not represent the entire Gram ecosystem. It does not represent the vote, nor does it represent the outcome of the renaming process. It is just a regular meme coin.

But sometimes in crypto, the simplest things turn out to be the most powerful. Memes don't operate on pure logic. Memes run on attention, culture, narratives, and the conviction of a community.

If you look at the bigger picture, the outcome already seems overwhelmingly obvious. GRAM will win. Durov will mention GRAM every day and every week. KOLs, OGs, discussions across X and Telegram will gradually become flooded by a single word: "GRAM".

This isn't a short-lived hype cycle that disappears after a few days. This is a long-term shift, something new, a keyword that millions of people will continue to see for decades, even centuries to come.
