@VeteranGaming75 @chivebiscuit @Scottcrates@konstructivizm If you were using in depth to describe the school, you would be correct. However in this example in depth is describing the science which comes before your use of in depth, you do not hyphenate it.

In your case in depth is describing “the science that was taught in school” so the noun in depth is describing is the science, not the school. So he is technically correct.
