Our statement of principle:
We as members of the Sober Caucus; feel from our personal experience, along with a plethora of data that the "War on Drugs'' has been a failed endeavor costing trillions of dollars, countless lives, and untold damage to families. Our purpose as...
The LP Sober Caucus voted to dispand and disperse funding to the Shred The Stigma program, and the final piece of business was that if someone else or group of people wanted to take it over, they can. The LP Sober Caucus as it was originally known and formed is closed.
Thank you to our friends in the Sober Caucus for all the positive work they’ve done over the last several years.
The LP Emo Caucus won’t be able to perfected fill that void… but Straight Edge is always welcome here.
We will be working to help those who struggle with sobriety.
This is one of the things I am most proud of in my life. It sucks to run out of steam, but best to get while the getting is good.
Take care and be safe.
