@Flipkart I am struggling to return an item from the last 15 days. it gets scheduled and then cancelled and i make tens of calls to get it scheduled again and yet again return pick up failed and cancelled. Order: 5877532681

@whirlpool_india you can't afford to send a technician for visit for washing machine bought in July 2024. The complaint pending from 03 October and finally a technician comes with the wrong part to replace. Close your shop and don't sell if you don't have the capability to serve

@whirlpool_india Absolutely disappointing service. No technician scheduled despite 9 calls and 2 emails, and a lot of follow up over the 7+ days. IFB is many planets better in service and responses. I wish I has chosen IFB instead of Whirlpool

@TeluguMatriOff Please do not charge hefty amounts if you cannot send proper daily recommendations. You send males for male profiles when that was not requested for. Customer service updates the issue resolved without resolving.

@cromaretail I buy made in India. Bought 10 Croma ACs from Croma showroom in Gaur Mall Noida. What I get is extremely rude behaviour and crude comments from the service engineers. Don't know how to reach people accountable in Croma to get support.
