If so how they are going to implement the various aspects of other Regulations. Thanks for the Tribunal for pulling up them at appropriate time. The Govt shd take n.a.

Recent consultation paper released by MahaRERA to do the grading/rating of real estate project by themselves is one such example of complete misunderstanding of the provisions of RERA.
Hence training very much required for all Authorities.

Also those who relied on the project details uploaded on #MahaRERA website were mislead with half baked information.

Yes.100% true. HBs suffering still. No remedy. Even after 15 yrs problem not settled. SC criticise NCDRC. Even NCDRC fvrs builder and we see no Justice in it's judgement. HBs are Very pathetic and pitiable. Nothing to REJOICE about RERA at present.

Yes. HBs have not yet harvested the benefits. In many states RERA Act has been diluted. In TN Yes. Orders passed for REFUND in RERA, COURT etc. are only in paper for years together. HBs are in pathetic condition. no MLA/ MP to represent HBs.Nothing toRejoice NOW. ONLY HBs to CRY
