Law Students for Equitable Responses to COVID-19 (LSERC) is a group of PA law grads advocating for diploma privilege for all! Tweets aren’t legal advice, etc.
We're a group of PA law students working towards #diplomaprivilege for all, check out https://t.co/bMk02chl8K for more info and please reach out if you want to get involved!
How can we draw on the lived experiences of law students in transforming legal education and law practice? Using CRT, narrative and ethnographic insights, I explore this question in my piece, Lawyering Close to Home. I hope you'll read it and write back. https://t.co/c8cAS3vYaC
Let's all spend less time praising people for having to endure horrific circumstances and more time removing power from people who are inflicting these experiences onto others
I say this in the nicest way possible, but for the love of all that is holy PLEASE stop sending me and fellow bar examinees that article about the woman who gave birth during the exam. We know! We’ve seen it! And we hate it. She should not have had to do that!
Pretty wild to watch Senators say "wow omg you're so smart" when a Supreme Court nominee can describe a basic con law concept less than a week after we were told that every single lawyer needs to know every legal doctrine spanning 14 different subjects or they're incompetent!
This is a good time to remind everyone that JURIST is still here supporting Diploma Privilege and we would love to provide space for #barpocalypse survivors to tell their stories of the online bar exam.
