Huge thanks to Cutters for the amazing venue and exceptional hospitality, Rebel Events for transforming the space, Aoife Harvey for the rockstar makeup, Photo with Adam for capturing photo and video memories, and Smithfield Band for the fantastic entertainment that got everyone dancing! New research published in Lambert Smith Hampton’s ITNI report shows that whilst total investment volume was down in Q1, there was still depth in activity with transaction numbers ahead of the five year-year quarterly average with retail sales accounting for 50% of Q1 investment volume.
The research concludes that the outlook for the year ahead is promising with macro factors improving which should enhance investor and vendor confidence and help to unlock current supply issues.

Our Mental Health First Aiders ensured we embraced our mindfulness and prioritised our mental wellness at Studio 52 today with a special rejuvenating yoga session with "All Things Carla" during lunchtime. We took the chance to unwind, de-stress and re-centre amidst our busy day, learning relaxation techniques, meditation, and breath work.
A massive thank you to our Mental Health First Aiders (Sarah Adams-Rosa and Robyn Larmour) for organising this session and for their commitment to fostering a supportive and healthy work environment.

It’s now four months since Lambert Smith Hampton moved into our new home at The Kelvin 🏢
The new office is a fantastic space, in a great location, with expertly designed and custom-built interiors that are enjoyed by our team and our clients.
With a large conference room with views of Great Victoria Street and generous break-out space, the office has helped promote the more cohesive way of working we were searching for when we made the decision to move.
We look forward to reaching new milestones and growth in our new office. Any clients who haven’t yet had a chance to visit, please get in touch and come in to take a look.
🍕🎲 We had fun celebrating #NationalPizzaDay with our first social event of 2024 in our new office space at The Kelvin. Teams went head-to-head playing Belfast Monopoly, Mario Kart, Jenga and various card games - and of course, there was plenty of pizza! #OfficeFun#GameNight

Forestside is a hugely successful shopping centre. We look forward to working with the new owners as they move forward with exciting plans to expand and develop the retail and leisure offering at the site, which will no doubt make it even more popular with customers.
After the news last week that The Herbert Group acquired the Forestside Shopping Centre in south Belfast, we are delighted to announce that Lambert Smith Hampton has been reappointed as managing agent to the scheme.
LSH has managed Forestside since 2002 and it is testament to the quality of our team, the depth of our expertise and the excellent service we provide that the new owners have chosen to reappoint us to provide property management services.
Last night we turned our boardroom into “Clarence Arms” to host a pub quiz, hosted by our one and only Neil Workman! Great team building, brilliant craic and some healthy competition!!
