@BandQ@bandq_help - has won the award for the worst ever customer service. I've been in touch since 22 March, and been promised numerous of call backs to solve my case. Guess what? No calls back. Avoid this company like the plague.

@bandq_help Just to be transparent to everyone in the same position. Once again I’ve been told a manager would get in touch today - which did not happen. Again I’ve been told it’s with someone on the case team. Tell me why this takes 3 weeks? I need a replacement…. This is an absolute joke.

What an absolute joke. Bought a, what I think was going to be, nice present for my best friend's baby. Just got this delivered as part of a very big order. This is NOT done @jlandpcustserv. I hope you'll come back with a good solution or I will return my whole order!!!!
