@firstladyships It's such a hell to be in such a relationship.
You should look to get out of it as soon as possible.
Dont even know what to say, just get out of that asap
@CustomersOnAuto Such a goated idea.
What time before someoneโs birthday do you think that email/message should go out?
The thing about this is that theyโre already looking for a place anyway, youโre simply getting ahead and solving the problem for them.
Social media for sure.
I feel like itโs much easier to deal with distractions from notifications than from social media.
With notifications, you can just put your phone on DND or mute certain chats.
But with social media, itโs an urge to consume.
And in my opinion, thatโs much harder to manage.
@H1GHERWAYS Self-respect is one of the most important things.
Perhaps even more important than other people respecting you.
When you have self-respect, you know your worth and your value, and you act in ways that earn respect.
You feel better in general and far more capable.
I love this so much bro bro
Such real advice.
Number 6 is my favorite.
Itโs something literally everyone has gone through.
All winners have quit many times.
The difference between them and the losers is that an hour after quitting, they get back on the horse.
You need to realize that quitting is, in a way, an emotional state.
Treating focus like a muscle is huge.
It makes so much sense, but people donโt think of it that way.
If you really think about it, it makes a lot of sense, both seeing focus as a muscle and using progressive
overload to make it stronger.
The problem is that people want results too quickly.
They expect going from zero to hero in a few days but it just doesn't happen that way.
@RTthinks I feel like thats the reason so many people are depressed.
Because of that freedom and not knowing what to do.
They just have to change their mindset about it I guess.
