I would love to see that legal statute that says “recognized law enforcement of either state or federal authority shall not wear a mask while in the performance of their duty and would be guilty of (whatever level charge these idiots believe)”. Meanwhile, murders, rapes, theft run rampant, and all you can platform on is officers arresting criminals. 5 years ago, police officers were MANDATED to wear a mask. No issue there. UC and covert detectives wear them daily to protect their identify, probably even ones under her charge. She is exactly what real police officers can’t stand.

On 12/19, when the sun rose and we were securing from the scene of the OIS, I looked up and saw this amazing scenery. No other hotel, all with exposed glass, had it. I agree with Sheriff @kevinmcmahill , if the City Attorney doesn’t want to prosecute this riotous behavior, then maybe the City Council should find a new City Attorney! The City Attorney works FOR the City Council. And yet, I have not seen a response from Nancy Brune condemning the lack of prosecution by the City Attorney or Nancy showing support for Sheriff Mcmahill and our officers at LVMPD on this horrible decision.
