Hey @BrawlStars, quick question.
If my internet connection is already punishing me, why are you helping?
30-minute ban.
Thank you for your support during this difficult time.
@OrangeJuice I started playing @BrawlStars because my son has ADHD, loves the speed of it, and I thought it would be a cute thing for us to do together.
Plot twist: I have ADHD too.
That escalated quickly, which is how I somehow went from bonding with my child to dropping my own kids off at school and using Edgar to hunt the ones who stayed home, because somebody has to enforce attendance. Not very motherly of me, but here we are.
Except, at one point, @duolingo showed up... and gave me detention.
I've made it almost 40 years without getting detention once, so naturally I took that personally. Apparently the appropriate response is to cook chicken and involve a stranger from the internet.
You seem to enjoy ridiculous challenges, so congratulations: you're the stranger.
I give you Carry Me Chicken. It's Marry Me Chicken, but I'm Italian, so I took a few liberties. You're welcome.
Oh, and since Duo started this, every ingredient and instruction changes language. You wanted content, Duo wanted me to share a chicken recipe with a Brawl creator, and I needed revenge. This feels mutually beneficial. Legally, probably not a partnership.
I'm challenging you, but I'm also trusting your basic survival instincts. There are a lot of languages involved and at some point translation stopped being a science and became an act of faith.
So if something doesn't add up, trust your instincts. If the chicken starts looking like a questionable life choice, please don't die for content. Hit me up and I'll give you the safe English version.
I accept no responsibility for linguistic casualties. Apparently what we actually need is Duolingo AI.
Culinary ones, however, would be awkward.
Anyway, your move. And sorry.
@RD870@BrawlStars Ohhhh. You're pitching a cosmetic, excellent! I'm accepting the contribution and commemorating you in the Spoon universe. You also accidentally filled a gap in the market. Forever in your debt.
