@Bryancaldwell61 @NatalieDMonty @Sflecce My classroom looks very different than any other year. Having to socially distance seating in kindergarten has been a huge challenge. So while it seems the only change is wearing masks, teachers have had to get very creative with classroom layout and use of hands on materials.

So much fun experimenting with balance and bases! After a 2 week inquiry about dinosaurs they were challenged to build a dinosaur that can stand on its own! #stem @GEDSB @RyersonHeights @KEMmommy

We’ve been tallying the days of school with a goal of getting to 100. Today we hit 50 so we declared it half day! In the gym they even split themselves in half to make 2 teams!! Lots of activities to come! For now we celebrate with half hair styles! #halfday #mathisfun

Inquiry at it’s best! We learned that hummingbird nests are often smaller than golf balls. Of course I had a golf ball to compare. Depending on the angle you looked from the bigger one changed. Most of us think the golf ball is bigger! @KEMmommy @GEDSB
