Great news for families and communities across @PerthCounty and Huron County. 

Minister @LisaThompsonPC and I recently announced over $4.3 million in funding to help connect more than 10,000 residents to a primary care provider, ensuring more people can access care close to home. 

This builds on our $822,000 investment in 2024, which helped connect 2,000 residents to primary health care in our communities. 

We will continue investing in rural health care, expanding access, reducing gaps, and delivering care where people need it most. 💪
