大黒PAの切り替え処理を修正。大黒PA内で高速道路の支柱を追加。

大黒PA周りの不具合について、年末は修正時間が無く暫定対処しましたが、改めて大黒PAの切り替え処理の見直しを行いました。

PAにAI車両を留め置く方法を変更。
大黒PA入口付近の微調整。
辰巳PAと平和島北PAの車両も当たり判定が出るように加工。

PAに停車中のタイヤの空転はなし。ただリスポーンは止められず、たまにチカチカします。
