Thank you, @JoAnneSimonBK52 and @SenatorPersaud! I agree. New York's climate law is the best way to reduce energy costs and dependence on volatile and polluting fossil fuels. We need clean energy not dirty fossil fuels that harm our health and leave us with energy insecurity.

The NYers I know with low energy bills have efficient homes and electric appliances, rooftop or community solar, and battery backup. Weakening the climate law will only widen the gap between those with access to 21st century energy solutions and residents stuck on expensive gas.
