Well a year on the ticket machines are still very difficult to use and 3 buy now ticket machines this morning all not working, but you don’t find this out until you get to the card details part!! On a bank of about 10 pre-paid! With no one using them? It baffles me!

@AndrewJacobsLD I would try and google to see if they have a manual! I feel sorry for the tourists that try and get there tickets from the machines. Get there early so you can try 2-3 machines to find that will work and the long queue! @LNER a family of 4 in front of me missed their train!!
