@WankaAnna @AnnaUrbaniak20@bbartlam@ALoysiuschOW I wonder whether something nice could be written for this out of the health literacy project?

@nonhermitian@HuangJunye@AndreasAtETH The most typical use for pandan here is kaya. It is a local coconut jam made from a base of coconut milk, eggs and sugar flavoured with pandan juices. It is great with warm soft bread, and a breakfast staple 🍞🍃🥚
@YuriKobaya@HuangJunye@AndreasAtETH Apparently toasting the pandan leaves with the flour before making the pastry is a game-changer too!
The most rewarding part of making these tartlets is the pandan smell when preparing the filling (⋆‿⋆)♨
@vaspapa_ It looks fantastic! Shout-out to @HuangJunye for helping me choose this beautiful design. Apparently, it reminded him of us 🥰
Hopefully from now on, you won't have to endure another lockdown to complete a new puzzle 🧩
Miss you always xx
