@mckee_felicity I don't think the staff have been briefed properly. As was getting different answers to different queries throughout the day๐it seems at that point in the afternoon they were letting people with disabilities or little children use that line.Nothing like that at the arena though!

Door staff are nice but backpacks are on the banned list so don't take one.had to get security to clear ours as was for my child, this info would have been useful beforehand๐
@AmyScaife@TicketmasterB2B But from being there it's seems that if. tickets are purchased by an account that doesn't belong to the people going. The only way round it is to download the Ticketmaster app to that persons phone and log in with the purchasers details to bring up the E-tickets. Total faff
@AmyScaife@TicketmasterB2B Sorry was madness yesterday. My query was about a companion ticket which wasn't responded to until an hour and a half before the doors opened by which point was too late to have taken a chance in that one. But there is a box office on site that can sort things out.
If thereโs anything that Eurovision should change next year itโs to stop using Ticketmaster because my blood pressure simply cannot handle them anymore.

I got a John Paul in CS reply to my initial query at 7:28am on friday but I think they've been giving the bots names as nothing answered what I'd asked-literally chat gtp is more human than their CS๐

@monzo So I've never been to America, my IP address clearly states I am very much stuck in the glamorous heights of Dudley with ยฃ0 in my account but an investigation needs to happen to make sure it's fraud before giving me back my money which has been missing for the best part of 3days?
Every attempt on @monzo chat to speak to someone who can advise has left me with a bot style response of 'our specialists will be in touch'no one has been in touch,you can't speak to anyone on the phone &this shocking customer service has left me withยฃ0 and zero customer care2/3
My @monzo bank account was subject to fraud on Monday, card was cloned and every penny in my account spent within 10 mins on US transactions and betfred it's now been 42hours and I've still had no contact from the Monzo fraud team and any idea if/when I will get my money back 1/2
