@MaureennKelly @united Also, while I’m at it. @united why is lounge $800 + f & no longer includes a guest. Makes no sense, you could at least provide X amount of passes vs. the agressive zero policy. Finally not traveling solo for work, but can’t relax in a delay becuase my guest can’t join. Insane!

@United HOU -AMS for my birthday & again facing a 3+hour delay due to a “maintenance issue.” Minimal communication, offered a snack tray. Pilot interactions with passengers are unnecessarily aggressive/unprofessional, adding to frustration. Where are the vouchers! Make it right!

@KelleyCPharmD But I agree, rate of trainees finishing residency and jumping to industry without the joy of taking care of patients on the front lines, needs leaders to get in a room. It is a major problem, and I hope HOPA, ASHP, ASTCT, and other orgs, use those of us that left to solve it.

Once again an @united nightmare. Had a day booked full of Wedding Dress Shopping in IAH, but @united cancelled flight IND-IAH, and Mom told not getting a refund, agent unhelpful, and told not getting checked bag fee back. @united please make it right. #flyanyoneelse
