@GenoManager Yeah I agree with you, it's the same debate with equality/equity. Equality doesn't discriminate, but it does in a sense. But, I don' think the Nhl will ever to change the salary cap, I think the vast majority thinks equality is good enough. 🤷🏻‍♂️

One thing about Nemec is that the more he played, the better he played -- that's because he needs more time with skilled forwards (since he's basically a 4th forward himself). @DavidSt_Louis always said that environment and system are key for this player.
