This piece of information begs many other questions: Who else in Biden’s inner circle ran this scheme when Biden could no longer do it? Who operated the ‘auto pen’ for executive orders and pardons when Biden could no longer write his name? I suspect ‘others stepped in to ‘help’ sooner rather than later-and early and often.
