Support for autistic children & adults from ICBs and Health Trusts is abysmal. A scandal despite autism strategies always being discussed. Post-diagnosis, direct support is nonexistent from health unless you have a learning disability. Years of raising issues lead to talking shops, not outcomes and the autism dynamic support register is anything but dynamic. Less watching, more investment and better commissioning 👇
