@jack_ceroni I’m not good enough to be hanging out in the math department that late haha. Though I have seen postdocs there on Sundays very frequently.
Housing settled for next year (or three).
I will be living literally less than 100 feet away from the physics department.
Winter will be a lot less harsh😁
When you become a senior, younger physicists will come with ideas you'll find unconventional and may reject.
But being dismissive as a 20 year old doesn't seem like a good start for a sustainable physics career.

I spent 2 years studying International Baccalaureate and the level was way lower than the "Frenchy" system in Tunisia.
