But instead the Tories ditched it.

Three weeks ago, Tory MPs voted down @UKLabour's Bill to end the Tory #SewageScandal.

Last week, water companies apologised for turning our country into an open sewer.

Today I asked the Environment Secretary to apologise for her role & to ensure polluters pay.
