Beneficial provisions of the labour codes to the employees were highlighted.

On 01.12.2025, Sri Sandeep V., RLC (Central), Bangalore conducted an awareness program on the Labour Codes to the 25 functionaries of the Negotiating Trade Unions of various units of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) in the Abhyudaya Centre for Learning of BEL.

Minimum wages haven’t been abolished, nor has a national wage of ₹178 been imposed.

Under the Labour Codes, every worker is guaranteed minimum wages and timely payment of wages including both the organised and unorganized sector.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व में लागू की गई चार नई श्रम संहिताएँ राष्ट्र के श्रमिकों के सम्मान, सुरक्षा और अधिकारों को सशक्त करने की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक पहल हैं। राष्ट्र निर्माण में लगी श्रम शक्ति का सम्मान और उनका सशक्तिकरण केंद्र सरकार की सदैव सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता रही है।

इन संहिताओं के माध्यम से समय पर वेतन भुगतान, सार्वभौमिक सामाजिक सुरक्षा, लैंगिक समानता और बेहतर स्वास्थ्य संरक्षण जैसे प्रावधान अब हर श्रमिक को भरोसा, गरिमा और स्वाभिमान प्रदान करेंगे। जोखिम भरे क्षेत्रों में काम करने वाले कामगारों से लेकर महिला श्रमिकों तक, सभी को नई शक्ति और संरक्षण मिलेगा।

अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानकों पर आधारित ये सुधार विकसित भारत के संकल्प को मजबूत करेंगे और देश को 2047 तक विश्व की अग्रणी श्रम-समर्थक अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में स्थापित करने की दिशा में निर्णायक भूमिका निभाएंगे।

इस ऐतिहासिक और श्रमिक-कल्याणकारी निर्णय के लिए दिल्ली के समस्त श्रमिक वर्ग की ओर से माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी का हार्दिक आभार एवं धन्यवाद।
