take out the pole. take out seats on the left side of carriage to allow 2 wheelchair users together, have different coloured interior so much grey is hard to see. blue/yellows good.

As a #VisuallyImpaired #wheelchairuser I found the new @merseyrail 🚆 very inaccessible because its hard to find where the doors are then you hope the ramp has come out and the silver poles in the middle of the doorway. There are just 2 spaces on the train for🦽 no space for pram

Also the button to open the door is hard to find when you’re VI can they not open automatically. I don’t know if I feel confident enough to travel independently anymore

Went to the Drs this morning to see about an MRI and instead got sent to A and E for heart palpitations
