@bart_hall @POferriesupdate Only 4 boarder control desks open which all happen to line up with the DFDS lanes so all the P&O traffic is then trying to get across and join the other lanes…

@easyJet I’m still trying to find out how I get a refund. I have read all the terms and conditions and I am eligible for a refund but your ‘Manage Disruption’ option online only gives the option for a voucher... please advise ASAP. Thanks
