LPD has received a report of a threat made to Centaurus High School. The threat is not believed to be credible, but officers are on scene conducting a precautionary investigation.

LPD received reports of 7 business burglaries between 8/16-22. All businesses were closed during the burglaries & no one was present at any of the establishments. Suspects have been identified. These are active investigations. No further information is available at this time.

This dog was found today in Lafayette (Spaulding & Public). The dog appears to be a cattle type breed. We were unable to locate an owner or address for the dog. The dog was taken to the Humane Society of Boulder Valley. If you have information, please call 303-442-4030. Thank you
