Announcing Gondor Industries.

Our mission is to shift architecture to timeless stone construction.

For centuries, stone defined civilisation. Today, it’s been priced out by labor, time, and complexity. We’re changing that.
We are building state-of-the-art microfactories that cut stone using robots and heavy machinery driven by AI.

By industrialising what was once artisanal, we will radically reduce costs and unlock demand that has been dormant for decades.

We’re starting at the top of the market with busts and sculptures. Not by accident - the most enduring and beautiful buildings in history are shaped by them.

This is the first step. In the coming days, I’ll share why I started Gondor, who we’re building with, and how we plan to bring stone back as a foundation of modern architecture.
