Had a very bad experience with Thomas Cook India @tcookin. My husband & I had planned a Fusion Europe trip with them. Under their guidance we filled the VISA form. We also paid them ₹1,06,000 lakh in advance. Our VISA got cancelled and we informed Thomas Cook immediately. [1/2]

But they did not take any action like cancelling hotel bookings, airline tickets etc. Now they are not refunding the amount. They are deducting ₹66,426. Repeated requests are getting unheeded. They are not co-operating with us.
