@VodafoneUK I spent an hour on the chat trying to cancel - passed from team to team - only to be booted off the chat at the end - phone calls are not an option as I am very deaf.

Hello @VodafoneUK I have been on your web chat this evening for 60 minutes trying to cancel an account I no longer need. I’ve been redirected / put on hold/connected to the wrong teams and after an hour was disconnected from the chat. This is disgraceful.
