@flyspicejet Delaying 6+hrs & communicating it just bfre actual flight tim is ridiculous. My parent is senior citizen & hd traveled fr flight wich ws 2 fly at 10.30pm sifted frm 6.50pm. now its 12.55am. @DGCAIndia We need hlp wid alterntive flight booking + compensation. plz help

Card renewal was done basis the old milestone based reward points & nt the new ones.

@makemytripcare it's almost 4th time tht we are facing issues at the property. Wifi jst fr name sake, there aren't care takers whn it's mentioned 24/7 on d site, property manager asking fr deposit which is nowhere mentioned in any page while booking, pool isn't cleaned.
@IndiGo6E please update me wid proper refund bcz of baggage damage. At airport on reporting this, i ws offered 500 voucher bt tht doesn't cut it for 5.5k medium sized baggage. Damage is nt even repairable. I hd a call wid ur support team on Saturday itself & you were 2 callback.
@IndiGo6E Calling it minor scratches clearly shows negligence of even looking at the complaint raised by airport.
Oh, wait! That requires effort but @IndiGo6E as we all know hardly makes any.

@IndiGo6E This is not minor. These are hard scratches. That's the reason why airport counter accepted that damage has happened and offered voucher as compensation.

@makemytripcare another stay & again quite a few issues. Listing on page hs some incorrect information about d property + uncomfortable bed, unchanged bedsheets, non cleaned bathroom, balcony is full with ac outlets. I'm not sure anymore if @makemytripcare even vets listing.
Not just that, bed is so unsafe that we don't know when it may break. Every turn that we took, bed made noise and was shaking all the time.

Quite a sad state of service we have even for imperia customers in @HDFC_Bank. Received a Marriott Bonvoy card offer on Dec 23, but a technical glitch (asking for employee details) is blocking the application. No help from Imperia RM or the corporate team. @HDFCBank_Cares
@nammayatri Such a disappointing situation. Penalty to customer for a hostile ride is 100% money and no compensation. To the driver, we will call & ensure they don't repeat this. Wah re Wah. This is how @nammayatri going to grow? #male security doesn't matter, clearly shows. @jagograhakjago
@nammayatri seems like you too have entered into fraudulent activity such as frauding with shown charges, addition of new charges, not taking action against driver taking off roads, penalty is to customer and not to driver, not responding on chats. @jagograhakjago please help
