@dodgsonwood @lakedistrictnpa Sorry to hear this John. We had a trip over Dunmail to Coniston. Worried that it would be busy, found it pleasantly quiet. I suppose the lesson is that whilst the car parks might be empty, there are still places where people go where think they can get away with such behaviour.

After over 12 years of working as a Ranger in various guises for the Lake District National Park, I have today left the office for the last time. Thanks to the wonderful people, colleagues, volunteers, businesses, communities, farmers and landowners, I have some great memories.
