Order365898337295 Flashcards ordered on 17 Dec, promised delivery on 18 Dec. Still not delivered. Fake“out for delivery” updates daily. Called customer service for 3 days—same excuse: tomorrow. Was told it’s on priority. If this is priority, wow. Extremely disappointed

@zomatocare I called the delivery person, and he told me that he ate the order because I took too long to receive it. When I asked why he didn’t return the order to the restaurant, he hung up the call.
That's not the zomato standard i knew , please look into it .
