So now we’re having to get another night at our hotel in Dallas. We were supposed to check into our Vegas hotel today (have to call and change my reservation now). We are all taking off work for this and have now lost almost two days of our trip. I’m only @Delta from now on.

@AmericanAir sent a notification at 10:11pm last night that our DIRECT flight from Dallas to Vegas that left at 7:05am was cancelled. Then they rebook us for a flight on FRIDAY (now missing a day of vacation) that has a 3 hour stop in LAX. Plus, we don’t live in Dallas…
