@AmazonHelp Since u are saying that this was delivered. Do u have any proof of delivery that you are coming back and blaming me for this? It can also be an inadvertent mistake at your end that you are not willing to accept. If this is not resolved I would need to approach consumer redressal.

@amazon @AmazonHelp @amazonIN @JeffBezos reg. order no. 402-9112840-6446717-havent received 1 item yet but shows that it has been delivered. One item-HARIO black V60 pending. After the investigation they said that u have got both items, denying refund/product.
