@IsraKaarin I agree that environment can influence our mood greatly. A walk in the park, hiking or spending some time at the beach helps to remove my stress, whereas loud noices, unpleasant smell act as stessors. Going outdoor and enjoying the nature can impact our mood positivity. #hkr1000
Exams and heavy workload impact my mood negativity whereas being around my loved ones have positive effect my mood. I think talking, laughing, sharing fears, frustration and joy with our friends and family contribute greatly to lighten up our mood and overall well-being. #hkr1000
After watching the Food Matters video I learned that cooked food initializes digestive leukocytosis where white cells of our body attacks the cooked food and treats it like toxin. So atleast 51% of every meal we consume should be raw to prevent this leukocytosis.

@MiguelS86521575 It is shocking how heat reduces nutrients. It's almost unbelievable that cocoa beans are the highest natural source of magnesium, chromium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, antioxidants while processed chocolate contain minimum nutrients because heat destroys most of it.
@KatherineWicks2 I agree that we need to include more nutritious food in our diet. It's predictable that our intellectual wellness is the best, because as university students we have to gain knowledge, think critically, show creativity, encounter and solve new challenges regularly. #HKR1000
Intellectual wellness of our class #HKR1000 is the best while spiritual wellness is the worst. Majority of the class is cautious towards tobacco, alcohol, drug usage, safety and disease prevention. But we need to improve our fitness and eat more nutritious food .
