Or worse…punished or shamed!…many times not for violent aggression, but for being a child, making noises, fidgeting, moving, not wanting to do biologically absurd tasks for the age(sustained reading and writing for many 6 year olds). Yes, punishment and shame have their places for people who perform deliberate acts of violence, but definitely not for being a child.
The first part of this video is a good articulation, if applied to a child, on why and how a child developed myopia.
You want prevention on a public scale, it starts here!

@MeatHammerTime@ZachWLambert People who want to socialize into free healthcare could and should donate at least 4 hours per month at a free clinic. If everyone started doing that, people would have free healthcare
So this is why there was such glaring interest with Dr. Halton Arp’s work? Very few actually perform science. Most academicians in universities, despite being atheistic, actually are performing as if they are part of a religion rather than science.
Believe what people do, not what they say.
Form deprivation is regarded as the cause of #myopia. Special contacts, atropine drops, & certain glasses are given to lower form deprivation and prevent progress. I do believe in these treatments. Often the eye is ignored as a dynamic pumping system, and there are ways a person can change the dynamics. I believe that a change of the dynamics is also a change of the refraction.
@SecKennedy@bengreenfield One needs a philosophy. A central model. That’s what I’ve been working on. Most doctors cannot see it. I can, because I am a doctor who specializes in vision. I don’t claim to have full picture, but at least I can see it. Chronic disease will never be solved without it.
@RepShriThanedar Elon has money because people chose to give it to them. Yall have money because yall threaten people with jail time if people don’t pay
@simonateba@elonmusk No, I’m not outraged at all. My happiness doesn’t come from someone else’s misfortune or fortune. We choose to give it to him when we buy his stuff services. No outrage at all.
Happiness is a choice, and unhappiness is a choice, sadly most people choose the second.
Religion was useful for Pontius Pilate as he was able to use the Jews’ custom to “wash his hands” to avoid the warning from his wife’s dream. Yet, the fact that religion is useful to those in power, seemingly false to intellectuals, makes it in no way less true for the ordinary believer.
Jesus rose from the dead ain’t there ain’t no getting around it.
@simonmaechling Science doesn’t care if anyone lives. It’s people who care or don’t care. Science is amoral which is why scientists have committed massive patriotic ties over the last 150 years
Dont let anyone disparage you. People who have been mold exposed know there is a difference between synthetic vitamin C and natural vitamin C complex. Also, if anyone has ever taken a lab safety course, this chemist directly contradicts almost everything that was taught in my university lab safety course.
Also remember that the problem with autism is not only a problem with chemicals, is also a problem with the expansion of the ASD criteria to be practically meaningless. It’s also a problem with the schools, they want to teach in a confusing way to children who are not yet emotionally secure rather than the common sense simple way by which people have learned and could read and write much better by the end of 6 and 8 th grade than people graduating in high school today.
