@British_Airways I was told I can’t get a refund because I got the travel voucher for my flight cancelled by COVID-19. That was the only option available to me at the time, but I need a refund instead. Is there any way to talk to an actual person?

@SouthwestAir fully boarded the plane and then we were told to deboard because of mechanical problem with luggage loading. Not getting any updates on when we can get back on the plane. Completely unacceptable. Maybe figure these issues about before we fully board?
