A huge thank you to @asda Clayton Green and their customers for supporting and voting for us in the green token scheme, we came 2nd and was presented recently with a £500 cheque which will go to continue to support older people in the community across Chorley & South Ribble.

Well done to our volunteers. During 2019 our @RoyalVolService volunteers who visit patients to chat, read and do other activities on @rookwoodbLTHTR & @RookwoodAWard at @LancsHospitals spent an incredible 1,436 hours supporting patients, their families and carers. 👏🙌☺️

A huge well done to our very own volunteer Mick Howarth who with his friends Frank Towers and Phil Alcock cycled 2000 miles from Denver Colorado USA to Hamilton Ontario in the summer to raise funds for Rookwood A at Chorley Hospital (Dementia ward) they raised a fantastic £1013!
