.@TicketmasterCS I have a UK account, and purchased tickets for an ice hockey match in Canada off your Canadian website. Online I can view the tickets in my account, but I can’t on my app - is there a way of connecting them as it’s a mobile ticket?

Hi @bt_uk - renewed our contract and added the big sport package this week. Sky sports channels are now active but TNT sports aren’t, do we need to do something?

Can’t believe it -actually trying to upgrade our tv and broadband with @bt_uk but their website just takes us in circles back to the front page! So frustrating, nothing ever goes right.

@bt_uk No we haven’t. We can choose the tv package, then where it says continue order under the extras, click on that and it takes us back to choose your package and removes the order from the basket.

@tescomobile Awful. It shouldn’t cost this much. He will be using WiFi where possible but for some things this won’t be. Definitely moving.

.@tescomobile as Tesco mobile customers when going to US is there a data bundle we can purchase or do we just increase our safety buffer? Can not believe the data charges.

@tescomobile Can that only be done by a form online that takes 7 days? He’s travelling on Monday. This is ridiculous and given our contracts (family of 5) are up for renewal in months this is really putting me off staying with you.
