The NPP allocated GH¢4,410,000,000.00 to address flooding. At the time, the NDC, then in opposition, demanded that the NPP account for how the money was spent. Today, the NDC has the power to hold them accountable, yet after more than 15 months, they haven’t said a word. They are all thieves with different political names.
Mr. President, swallow your pride and study how Nana Akufo-Addo kept the lights on for nearly eight years following the 2016 dumsor crisis. Reliable power is not rocket science. It was done before. Dumsor is back, and Ghanaians are tired of the darkness."
Nothing seems to be working under this Mahama administration. From energy to communications and beyond, basic services are faltering. Just one and a half years in, we're already seeing clear signs of a struggling gov't. At least, give us reliable electricity. #DumsorIsBack
Mmoa. I came here complaining about Dumsor and they said Koka has paid me 40k to make the government unpopular. Sometimes i wonder how these Dumbbb youths are the future leaders.
Future leader that cant think alone? Rubbish
If the US doesn’t have stable electricity, how can you have access to ChatGPT in Ghana? Instead of using at least $245 million out of that $250 million to help stabilize power and improve Internet access, with dumsor happening all the time, you are investing heavily in AI while you don’t even have stable electricity 😕 No power = no internet = no AI. We don’t have reliable power, our internet is slow, yet you still went ahead with AI. These people are just in it for the money.
"Blackout in Kumasi again! No light everywhere 😡 Dumsor is fully back. We never voted for darkness! Enough is enough! #Dumsor#KumasiBlackout#FixThePower
Mahama govt paid $1.47 BILLION to clear energy debts & promised end to dumsor. yet here I am in Ksi, no light since 9pm yesterday & still off now! We voted for reliable power, not excuses. Ordinary Ghanaians deserve better! #Dumsor#FixTheLights#GhanaDeservesBetter"
