However, the cleanup policy is a joke.Vagrants move for 24 hrs, sidewalk cleaned &they return. True villain in this is @NYC_Buildings & failure 2 remove unused scaffold

Grand Jury voted to indict him this past week.
Subject remains in custody.

He was cuffed and taken away, POs were outstanding although he's probably back on the street by now.

@LandmarkWest There are a lot of things wrong in our neighborhood...like 5 year old scaffolding at a Landmark bldg with no construction for over 3 years. It's also become a homeless habitat. @NYC_Buildings inspects & walks away!

Thanks @NYPD20Pct for the amazing quick response to dangerous individual who ws menacing passersby & threw a stick at my person. Fortunately I shielded myself w chair frm @lenwich.street creep is probably on street by now threatening others.
