i simply do not understand how it is humanly possible to stay on top of exercising and eating and cleaning and washing and admin and work and keeping in contact with people whilst also having time to 'sleep' and 'rest' how are the rest of you people doing this

as an NHS worker previously #shielding but already received first dose of Pfizer vaccine (and been working since august), where do I stand with the new Scotland lockdown? currently very unclear #scotlandlockdown#lockdown
Honesty from breaking down on a near daily basis throughout having to shield, not working or seeing my family or friends for 4+months to now finding out that I wont see them at Christmas because I have to work on 25th...
Honestly the thought for health and social care workers has clearly been non existent. Those of us who have to work and have Christmas postponed to 26th or 27th are well and truly fucked over.
In healthcare, there is no such thing as zero risk. There is no such thing as 100% effectiveness. Benefits, risks and unknowns all have to be considered. And all things considered, vaccines historically have delivered far more benefit than risk, and are likely to do so in future.
