Terrible customer service from @EE again. I’m out of pocket £416 because of an error their end. Told it would be back in my bank AT THE LATEST today. Low and behold now told Friday. Error after error after error, they are an absolute joke.

@EE I did that. Even spoke to a manager, was told and I quote ‘this conversation doesn’t end with you getting your money today’ worse than condescending. Awful customer service, I’m fairly certain EE don’t even care.
