REJECT QUALITY HEALTH CARE BILL 2025
1. The proposed bill seeks to strip healthcare professionals of self-regulation, handing over regulatory control to a state-controlled body appointed solely by the President and Cabinet Secretary. This is a calculated move toward centralized, imperial-style control over the health sector.
2. If passed, healthcare professionals will lose the right to private practice, and citizens will be denied access to professionally validated healthcare. This endangers the integrity and independence of care.
3. The so-called "Authority" created by this bill will be a monstrous, unaccountable body, answerable to no one but itself, operating in total opacity.
4. Healthcare workers will be commodified—treated as merchandise to be sold or hired—without any recognition or consultation with unions, professional associations, or societies.
5. The bill will permanently abolish the right to self-determination and self-regulation in the healthcare sector. Democratic processes within the profession will be stifled and silenced.
6. The principle of devolution—empowering different professional levels in healthcare—will be completely dismantled.
This bill is a direct attack on healthcare professionalism, autonomy, and quality patient care. We must reject this authoritarian overreach.

Why must we die to be heard? We serve, yet we suffer.
