@mato_fuyu They aren't.
To stop reading - you are reading and then you stop reading
To stop to read - means you stop what you were doing in order to read. For example - "I was walking down the street and I saw I cool sign which I stopped to read"
You stop walking in order to read.
@studieslang Try and learn the endings, there are certain endings on nouns which denote the gender.
For the rest of them which don't follow a pattern. try to learn the gender with the word and don't think of them as separate.
@LanguageLHub Depends, I speak good German so like to practice that. Chinese and Arabic is my degree so I enjoy them. And I have a soft spot for Finnish and Hungarian. I see them as my challenge languages.
@okydoky_app Bit of a mix, it's not greatly sorted. The top shelf is books I'll commonly read, leisure or textbooks. Then under that is a collection of different books that I rotate between to bring to uni, as a fun language to break up the intense study. The rest I won't read commonly.
@dudayurr Yeah bro I have been studying for over a year. There is lots of online resources to learn Chinese so if you were interested in them I could give you a list, Chinese has by far the most resources for any language I've learnt online. The HSK books are good.
