How come so many different issues?! Here’s my working theory tying everything together - this is unlikely to be entirely correct! I’m not sure if it even matters, but knowing the root cause of the problems might help plan management & reduce chances of future issues 🤔🤞🏼

My sister was told she needed a TKR a few years back for knee OA ‘Bone on bone’. Instead I told her to get on the bike; get strong and build up gradually - she just walked to Everest base camp with her own knee. Why are patients not given evidence based approaches first?
