I continued my consultative engagements across Oyo State with visits to Oorelope, Saki East and Atisbo, where I had the privilege of meeting traditional and religious leaders, traders, artisans, transport workers, civil servants, party members and other community stakeholders.

I heard a clear message from the people: they want better infrastructure, improved healthcare, opportunities for their young people, and continued attention to their welfare.

As I said when addressing the people, your concerns have been noted and will remain an important part of the work ahead.
My commitment is to build on what is working, address what needs attention, and ensure that development reaches every part of Oyo State. I will remain accountable to you for the commitments we make and the progress we achieve.

Yesterday, the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) and Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU), Oyo Chapter, declared their support for my candidacy.

Beyond the endorsement, the engagement gave me the opportunity to listen to their concerns on welfare, training, digitisation and better learning facilities. I reaffirmed that salaries, pensions and statutory emoluments will remain a priority, while their other concerns will receive the attention they deserve.

I will continue to listen, use firsthand information to shape policy, support our education workers and strengthen our schools.

The future of Oyo begins in our classrooms, and we must give our children the education they deserve.
